Van Paassen makes it to the winners' podium

Sanne van Paassen came in third in the Dutch Cyclo-cross Championship on Saturday 9 January in Heerlen.

Her teammate Daphny van den Brand and reigning world champion Marianne Vos fought tooth and nail all through the race for the first place, which was eventually won by the petite Van den Brand.
This was the first time that Van Paassen, Management and Consumer Sciences student, won a place on the podium at a Dutch championship.
