Tamara Schalkx - Alumni & Funds, Corporate Communications- has been singing in bands for twenty years. At the moment she is in two, even: Poplife and Grandmother B. The latter is an eleven-strong party band that plays funk and soul. And who is B?
‘The grandmother of Al Bundy, from Married with Children.' Tamara does not practise in the shower but in the garage , where her partner (a professional drummer) has built a proper studio. Grandmother B: for functions and parties.
