Tenants in SSHW accommodation are not entirely happy with the news they
received this weekend that they will have to go over to Internet telephone
calls, and tenants consider the subscription costs for the new Voice over
IP system too high. Many students also like the current joint telephone
system and feel they are being given no choice in the matter.

The main topic of conversation in the last few days has been what to do
with the ISDN connection once the SSHW cancels its contract with KPN. The
reaction from Dijkgraaf 16b is typical: “Nobody spends more than ten euros
a month on phone calls at the moment,
