Generous Dutch grants

Dutch students get the highest grants in Europe.

No other European country subsidizes its students as generously as the Netherlands. Students who live with their parents have an average of 750 Euros per month to spend. Those living independently have 1130 Euros on average. Only students in Switzerland and the UK have a higher monthly income, but they have to pay much more back. This has come out of a comparative European study called Eurostudent.
