Fire in Dijkgraaf was started by student

The student whose room was on fire on Tuesday afternoon had set the fire herself. This was revealed by police investigations.

The police suspect a 'suicide attempt'. The student was taken to hospital with first degree burns and breathing difficulties. She has since been discharged and is being cared for privately, reports Idealis.
