Fence to keep out peeping toms

It's a fact of life: lonely men hanging around the Dijkgraaf student residence in the dark winter months. In the hope of getting a peep through a gap in the curtains of a woman student changing her clothes.

Today a fence was put around Dijkgraaf to keep such peeping toms out, and to increase security in general for the residents. Good thing. Less handy is the fact that the fence cuts off a short cut from Dijkgraaf to the bus stop for Line 88. That will take a bit of getting used to.
