Executive board chair Aalt Dijkhuizen was paid 276,000 euros in 2009, which was 1,500 euros less than the year before that.
His pension costs have gone up so that his total income stays the same: 351,000 euros. These figures are given in the annual report for 2010. When he was reappointed in March 2010, the supervisory board agreed with him that his bonus would be brought back over four years from 30 to 10 percent. Due to rising pension commitments, the costs for the other two top managers have increased by 1,000 euros: 276,000 for Martin Kropff and 263,000 euros for Tijs Breukink.
