Blgg lab moves to Wageningen

The Blgg soil and crop lab will move from Oosterbeek to Wageningen next year to be closer to Wageningen UR.

The Ten Houten building
Blgg has 260 employees in its branches in Oosterbeek, Wageningen and Honselersdijk. Two hundred of them will work in Wageningen soon. Blgg has rented the Ten Houten building, which used to house the IPO (Research Institute for Plant Protection) in the Binnenhaven, from the BioPartner Centre Wageningen.
Blgg carries out soil and crop research. 'We therefore feel that it is important to be close to Wageningen UR,' explains Director Henri Hekman. 'Meetings for discussions will be just a bike ride away.'
Two spin-offs from Wageningen UR are also located in the Ten Houten building: Checkpoint and Ceradis. There will probably be space for several other knowledge companies.
