25,000 euros

Global Entrepreneurship Week

Dacom in Emmen, a producer of sensor systems for adapting sprinkler irrigation to requirements, has won M-Base, the Wageningen prize for sustainable entrepreneurship. M-Base stands for Mansholt Business Award for Sustainable Entrepreneurship. It is the first time this prize, with a value of 25,000 euros, has been awarded. That took place on 12 November in the Junushoff during the opening of Global Entrepreneurship Week. This themed week aims to inspire young people to make the planet more sustainable through creative, innovative business practices.
