Animal Science cuts Specialisations
WAU's MSc programme Animal Science is proposing to the University Council to cancel two of the six specialisations offered by the programme. The specialisations Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Epidemiology and Economics attract only six percent of the total students of the programme. Four courses will no longer be offered; the others form part of the remaining four specialisations of Animal Science. WAU's zootechnical departments want to cooperate with the University of Utrecht, which also offers a programme in Epidemiology.
