Complaints desk for international students

The student union WSO wants to set up a complaints desk for international students together with the International Students Panel (ISP) and the International Student Organisation Wageningen (ISOW). The desk should be ready to start in September.

According to the WSO, complaints from international students at present end up in different places: the university, the organisations for international students and at the WSO. The WSO wants to create one central desk in order to have a better overview of problems that international students experience. Nuffic (Netherlands organization for international cooperation in higher education) is also interested to know more about the students’ complaints. Nuffic will probably train the students who will staff the complaints desk, and in return the WSO will keep Nuffic informed of the complaints they receive.
