Waiting, watching the advertising caravan, waiting, eating an ice cream, waiting even longer. Whole Wageningen seemed to be waiting eagerly for the arrival of the Giro. The colour pink was seen everywhere, with Italian and Dutch flags. And suddenly they were there. The squad whizzed past. And in a moment it was over. Was this it? Yes, that was it. Luckily there was still some nice weather to enjoy and of course the photos.
