The three week bicycle race in 2016 will start on the 6th of May in the Netherlands and will spend the first three days biking through Gelderland. On the second day the peloton will pass various memorials from World War II, such as the John Frost bridge in Arnhem and the Grebbenberg in Rhenen. They will continue from Ede via Wageningen to Rhenen, and thus they will pass the campus of Wageningen University.
