Teacher of the Year Nominee #3: Always involved, even around Christmas time

This lecturer is a newcomer on the shortlist. He is an associate professor with Animal Sciences and is very approachable. He sees education as a very important aspect, the jury discovered. An example of his dedication was grading exams during Christmas time, in order for his students to receive their grades within a few days. He makes sure his students feel safe during his lectures, by always taking them and their questions seriously.
