Organiser Tim Super of student skating club IJzersterk looks back on a successful event. On Friday, the ice was declared strong enough for a competition to be held safely on it. Two days later saw 70 participants (48 men and 22 women) lined up at the starting line. Among these were students from Delft, Nijmegen and Wageningen. Skaters of co-organizer STW in Wageningen were also present. This was the first time the two clubs organized a competition together. Super says short track skaters can head for the student club Skits in Amsterdam on Wednesday. It is organizing a competition on the Keizersgracht in the capital city. Results Men 1. Pelle Hoek
