Photographer Remo Wormmeester captured the demolition on camera. First the glass was removed from the front part of the building. Then the steel construction was taken down. All rubble – glass, rubber, steel – was collected separately. Later, the back of buidling was demolished.

The Tropical Greenhouse is history. Demolition firm Hooijer has completely dismantled the building on De Dreijen in just a few weeks time.
