New lease of life

Last week the first foreign students moved in to Beringhem, a former nursing home for the elderly in Bennekom which has now been transformed into a student residence.

About 180 students will be put up in the new complex in 116 rooms and 34 apartments. On the first floor there is also a large room that can form a common room. Thanks to the additional accommodation the university has managed to offer all foreign students a room this year. The emergency arrangements for international students in the holiday park at Hoenderloo and at the Brink Residence in Wageningen have been cancelled.
