Toys to spare? Give them to children who have little or nothing to play with. Nathalie Wakker has applied herself to this task with her toy library: Speelgoedbank Wageningen. It is only one and a half years old but it is a great success already. 'Making kids happy,' is what it's all about. More than 200 children from a wide area get to come and choose a toy at set times. Not just second-hand goods either. Manu-facturers supply surplus toys too.
