Dijkhuizen to advise Malaysian Prime Minister

Aalt Dijkhuizen, Chairman of the Executive Board of Wageningen UR, has become a member of the International Advisory Board of the Malaysian Prime Minister.

The advisory board has been set up to strengthen the Malaysian economy, especially in the palm oil industry, ICT sector and education system. Other advisers include Jeffrey Sachs, director of the Earth Institute of Colombia University, and Steve Forbes, CEO of Forbes Media.
Dijkhuizen's participation in the advisory board gives Wageningen UR the chance to increase its current cooperation with the Malaysian government and private sector, says the university.
